It can be tough these days trying to get the deposit together for a mortgage. My husband and I both have jobs, and have spent the last three years doing without a holiday and other extras. We now have enough money to get the loan for a property.
This means we must now start looking at the new homes available. We are not going to rush in to anything though. We will take our time in planning exactly what it is that we need in a home. If it ends up taking a year or more, then so be it.
